В статье рассматривается процесс успешного проведения Казахстаном
мероприятий по ядерному разоружению в 1991–1995 годах. Конкретизировано влияние
дипломатических и технических отношений между США и Казахстаном в эти годы на
формирование казахстанского многовекторного внешнеполитического курса. Данная статья
представляет собой сокращенную версию масштабного исследовательского труда автора.
